The Denbigh Alliance Multi-Academy Trust is committed to opening up the facilities at Watling Primary School for external lettings, in order to support and develop the Academy’s position at the heart of its local community.
Our vision is to host a wide range of events and clubs, run by groups and individuals from across the Milton Keynes community.
Letting Hours
Our facilities are available to hire to local community groups and businesses outside of school hours. To discuss your individual requirements, please make contact with us by fill out our Lettings Enquiry Form at the bottom of this page.
Facilities Available
Main hall – Our large 270m² hall is suitable for sports and other community groups. The space accommodates up to 170 people seated. Access to indoor toilet facilities is included as part of the letting of the hall. We can also provide tables and chairs and use of our Audio Visual system.
Outdoor Multi Use Gym Area (MUGA) – Our outdoor MUGA has separate pitches with markings for 2 full size tennis courts, 8 mini tennis courts and 2 netball courts. The MUGA is fully enclosed by high-level metal fencing.

These rates are subject to regular review. Community users and charities may be eligible for a reduced rate. Please contact us for further information.
All prospective hirers will need to accept our terms and conditions (available on request) and hold appropriate levels of insurance.
