At Watling Primary School, we are committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment for all children, including those who are Looked After (LAC) or Previously Looked After (PLAC).
We recognise the unique challenges and experiences these children may face and are dedicated to supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.
All schools have to have a Designated Teacher for LAC and PLAC pupils who acts as their advocate and coordinates support for them.
The Designated Teacher in our school is Beth Shepherd.
